She states the Pima County Health Department conducted an inspection and the complex has resolved the mice issue. Said has not seen rodents in about three days. Did state the dishwasher and stove was removed. She is requesting the dishwasher not be re-installed at this time, but is requesting the stove be replaced. Contacted property manager who states this apartment is the source of the mice infestation, and states the tenant requested appliances not be installed. Directed property manager to make contact with tenant to resolve issue of the missing stove. Will keep this case open for a future follow up. -VM | |
