There is a working stove in the kitchen. I did not observe any rodents in the oven. Dishwasher is still missing per the tenants request. There is a hole in the drywall behind the dishwasher area that has been covered with a wire screen and will need to be repaired. Made contact with the property manager on site and advised will provide a 30 day notice to make repairs to the drywall. -VM
05/09/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation 840 AM - Contact with employee on site. States repairs have not been made due to the unit recently becoming vacant. Advised will provide a two week extension to complete the work. -VM
06/05/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed 1240 PM - Met w/ maint employee on site and viewed apartment. The hole into the drywall has been patched and painted. Violation abated, will close case. -VM
