TPD assisted in the removal of persons on the property due to the condemnation of structure. This property has had several complaints ranging from Junked motor vehicles, accumulation of trash/debris, storage to prohibited lighting installation. Upon inspection this property clearly shows unsafe conditions. The property does not have electrical service and is occupied by several individuals none of which are the owners. The entire property has an accumulation of trash, debris and excessive outdoor storage. Multiple doors and windows are missing and/or damaged. Security wrought is not properly affix to the structure. This is leaving the home unsecured. The fence is dilapidated and has several areas that are not secured. There is damage to the interior. The drywall is damaged causing structural beams and insulation to be exposed. The flooring is unfinished(missing tiles, exposed concrete.)There is also paint peeling from the ceiling. The bathroom plumbing is in disrepair(No bathroom sink). The toilet has an accumulation of urine/feces due to plumbing issues. The attic is unsecured. TEP has removed the meter and also disconnected service from the pole. Southwest gas had pinned the meter and Tucson Water has removed service. There has been a history with meter tampering with Tucson Water. Property was secured by city contractor. New chains and locks were placed on all exterior wrought iron gates. All necessary permits required within 60 days. License contractor required for all repairs/replacements and reconnection of utilities. 02/26/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation On site with TPD. Call to property to resecure due to trespassing. At this time multiple people were on the property and admitted to living on the property. Prior to any persons being removed from the property a quick inspection of the exterior showed no signs of improvement. In fact there are additional concerns. There is a large sheet of plywood with tree branches pushed against it obstructing egress on the front wrought iron security gate. There are several loose cinderblocks placed on the wall to increase the height. Unapproved material has been placed around the enclosed porched. A junked motor vehicle remains in the driveway along with trash and debris. The interior shows no signs of improvement. City contractor resecured property.
