On site with TPD. Call to property to resecure due to trespassing. At this time multiple people were on the property and admitted to living on the property. Prior to any persons being removed from the property a quick inspection of the exterior showed no signs of improvement. In fact there are additional concerns. There is a large sheet of plywood with tree branches pushed against it obstructing egress on the front wrought iron security gate. There are several loose cinderblocks placed on the wall to increase the height. Unapproved material has been placed around the enclosed porched. A junked motor vehicle remains in the driveway along with trash and debris. The interior shows no signs of improvement. City contractor resecured property. |

Property was sold. Once information is updated with the recorders office and at that time if violations are present will open new case. At this time there has been some progress towards abatement. JMV's have been removed from the property and abutting areas. Some trash and debris has been removed. |
