Found a structure under construction on the north east portion of the property, in the front yard of the home. No permits on site and none found online. Spoke to daughter of owner who gave permission to view structure. It is a 20 foot by 20 foot structure w/ no utilities at this time. he southeast corner of the structure is 46 inches from the existing CMU wall. Both parties state it is a storage building and not intended to be livable space. There are two mini split systems installed on the west portion of the structure that were installed with no permits. Unable to determine if the rear pool house structure is being used as living space. Posted a stop work order and notice of violation on the new structure. -VM | |

She had their C of O on site, under T080T01873 which allows for up to 10 residents. The home is currently at or under 10 and thus is not in violation for this. Permit TC-RES-0324-01535 was sent back for corrections and voided in April 2024, owner has not bothered to resubmit or make contact. Moving forward to citation for work without permits. -VM |
