Found a structure under construction on the north east portion of the property, in the front yard of the home. No permits on site and none found online. Spoke to daughter of owner who gave permission to view structure. It is a 20 foot by 20 foot structure w/ no utilities at this time. he southeast corner of the structure is 46 inches from the existing CMU wall. Both parties state it is a storage building and not intended to be livable space. There are two mini split systems installed on the west portion of the structure that were installed with no permits. Unable to determine if the rear pool house structure is being used as living space. Posted a stop work order and notice of violation on the new structure. -VM |
