I checked kitchen cabinets, counters, and stove, and could not locate any other insects. Tenant did state had issues w/ electric cutting out or tripping breakers when using space heaters. Stated did have issues w/ others. Tested outlet in dining area, has an open neutral. Outlet next to fridge is not GFCI protected. Outlet in master bedroom is loose, cover is cracked. -VM |
