02/09/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Went back to the site and the maintenance was on site and were snaking the main sewer lines to the area of C4. They cleared the lines and the units that were vacant and the sewer was draining at this time. They went into the unit of C4 and cleared the drain to the tub and shower and was draining properly with out backing up. Still having issues on the kitchen sink and that will be worked on during the week due to may have to undue the cabinets and make holes in the wall. The exterior masonry wall is stained from the water draining through the masonry wall. All other issues have been repaired. RV.
02/09/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed Received case from inspector Morales to check the site. Did check the site and found the clean out with out the caps and had toilet paper piled on the ground. There was no water at this time. Did check the unit of C4 and the bathtub was slow draining and fills up with water and drains out with times. There is an issue at the kitchen sink where the water is draining from the wall. The tenant is turning off the water at the shut off valve due to the water is leaking on the floor and has to be mopped up when turned back on. Did get with the management and they are sending someone to check the sewer lines. Will check at a later time. RV.
