Received case from inspector Morales to check the site. Did check the site and found the clean out with out the caps and had toilet paper piled on the ground. There was no water at this time. Did check the unit of C4 and the bathtub was slow draining and fills up with water and drains out with times. There is an issue at the kitchen sink where the water is draining from the wall. The tenant is turning off the water at the shut off valve due to the water is leaking on the floor and has to be mopped up when turned back on. Did get with the management and they are sending someone to check the sewer lines. Will check at a later time. RV. |
