Permit TC-RES-0423-04351 is in Needs Resubmittal status since April 13, 2023 and owner has not called me since my last call to her in July. Will issue a citation for work without permits. Called and spoke to Tenant, asked if he has had any issues with electrical outlets or systems since work was done, he said no but did think he smelled burning when using a space heater. He will monitor this and call if any other issues arise. He did confirm the new door installed at the patio to the rear room works. -VM |
