Master bedroom has a wall mounted heater which is not producing hot air, it is producing warm air. Burned outlet in master bathroom, tested and outlet is not live. Main bathroom has no power. Tenant states this is due to a blown fuse. Outlet in living area has no power. One of two patio doors off master bedroom inoperable, does not lock, is jammed in place. Did observe an extension cord being used to power a space heater. Had resident disconnect the extension cord and advised to discontinue use of extension cord for that purpose as it is hazardous. -VM |
