Did meet with the homeless in the rear in the alley and they were checking on who owns the property. The owner did talk to them in the alley. The owner will be posting No Trespassing signs on all 4-sides of the units. Did call S.W.G. to have the meter pinned due to still on. Will check in 3-weeks. RV. |
