Did fine 2-windows opened in the rear of the house and a hole in the back room where a door was pulled opened. Did call the office and received a phone number to call the owner. Did call and he was advised on what is wrong with the property. The front gate was cut and able to enter the property through the gate. The owner will be on site tomorrow to have the property secured. Did go over the posting of No Trespassing posted on the house. Did go over the cleaning of the property. Will meet tomorrow on site and will call when in town. RV. | |

The owner is covering the windows in the rear and the back room where the drywall has been kicked in. The front door will get a sheet of plywood to cover the door. The property will be cleaned in a couple of weeks when the owner comes back to work on the property. Did meet with the homeless in the rear in the alley and they were checking on who owns the property. The owner did talk to them in the alley. The owner will be posting No Trespassing signs on all 4-sides of the units. Did call S.W.G. to have the meter pinned due to still on. Will check in 3-weeks. RV. | |
| 11/13/2023 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up | In Violation | The office called that T.P.D. on site with a vacant and unsecured house. Arrived and the units were still on site and have cleared the house with no one in the house. Arcaiden Industries was called to the site to have the openings secured. Did try and call the owner with no answer and did leave a message on what is going on with the property. T.F.D. call T.P.D. due to T.F.D. was being called for overdose and when arriving found no one on the property. Recently did have a fire in the alley area where a homeless camp was located. The property was cleaned and now has some trash and debris on the property from the homeless. The openings were secured and did the posting of Do Not Enter on 3-sides on the east and west and on the north sides of the house. Will be sending the paperwork to the owner by mail. RV. | |

Arrived and the units were still on site and were checking if anyone in the house. A door was pulled off and pulled the wall out and is loose. A window had the board broken off to enter the house. The house has been boarded up for some time. Not able to make contact with the owner and called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the house secured and T.P.D. had already called. Did the posting of Do Not Enter on the house in several areas due to the other signs were pulled off. Did do a N.O.V. to Vacate and posted on the front of the house. The metal gates have been removed from the property. RV. | |
