The fourth floor exterior window pane on the north east corner of the building above the chase bank is broken and pieces of glass are actively falling down and raining into the sidewalk. Interior pane does not appear to be damaged. Spoke with employee of property management on site. They are aware and have a contractor working on a solution for the broken window. Did ensure the area is caution taped off and barricaded off to prevent entry from pedestrians. Provided employee with a copy of notice of violation and posted notice a violation on the front window. -VM | |
