01/31/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation On site at property with Inspector Metelov. The two gates facing south of the property are broken and unsecured to the exterior of the property. There is trash and debris all around the building, west, and north (rear). There is a dead tree east of property. The building itself seems secured, however, south west of property inside there is an accumulation of trash and signs of the homeless inside the building. Need the door on the west side of property, to be sure, double secured and hole by it fixed.
03/05/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed On site at property with Inspector Gonzalez and Inspector Tidwell. Coordinated a clean up with the property owner and junk removal team. They are working at this time to clean up the inside of the property and secure the property. The owner and junk-removal team stated they will have the property secured by the end of the day. Will follow up for violations to be abated. 3/6/24- property is cleaned up inside and outside. Property secured. Violations abated. Case closed.
