On site at property with Inspector Metelov. The two gates facing south of the property are broken and unsecured to the exterior of the property. There is trash and debris all around the building, west, and north (rear). There is a dead tree east of property. The building itself seems secured, however, south west of property inside there is an accumulation of trash and signs of the homeless inside the building. Need the door on the west side of property, to be sure, double secured and hole by it fixed. |
