01/08/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Received calls that the unit has no electrical to the unit due to has been turned off due to non-payment. Arrived and the unit has the extension cord connected to the exterior light fixture. T.P.D. and T.E.P. not responding and came to the site. Did meet with the tenants and they were served the N.O.V. to Vacate and they will be trying to find a place to stay until the electrical can be turned back on. Did advise to check with Gospel Mission on staying there until the electrical turned back on. There is no working smoke detectors in the unit and will have to be installed before moving back in.
01/11/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation The electrical has been turned back on with payment made. The tenant has been allowed to move back in. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
