Arrived and the unit has the extension cord connected to the exterior light fixture. T.P.D. and T.E.P. not responding and came to the site. Did meet with the tenants and they were served the N.O.V. to Vacate and they will be trying to find a place to stay until the electrical can be turned back on. Did advise to check with Gospel Mission on staying there until the electrical turned back on. There is no working smoke detectors in the unit and will have to be installed before moving back in. |
