The two groups share loading dock and warehouse space. This project includes an expansion and renovation to the warehouse and reconfiguration of the site circulation to accommodate a new +/-3,100 SF loading dock. Thus, the scope of this proposal includes design and engineering services for a +/-15,000 SF addition, +/-5,000 SF of interior improvements, and site development work for the existing property and off-site parking area at the Tucson Passport Center. |
