We exchanged these for Simpson LSTHD8 Stap-Tie Hold downs, which carry a greater tension load. Please see attached for the LSTHD8 spec sheet. We were unable to find a copy of the PAHD42 spec sheet from Simpson Strong Tie. A1-Plan Current drawings call out SW gas line running from the north side of the property to the existing structure. Southwest Gas would like to relocate the meter and run new lines. We marked the approximate location of the new lines that run from the alley on the north side of the property along the west setback space and connect to the new meter on the West side of the house.
