The scope of work includes a new Express Service building with service, wet and dry detail bays. This includes restrooms, lockers, and breakroom for the shop staff. This building is considered as part of Unlimited Area Building described in the code analysis and is fully sprinklered. Exterior site improvements and building signage to be submitted under a separate permit. 75,895 sf is the entire existing + new building square footage, including the new express building.
