We forwarded the complaint to Regional Flood Control because of the material being removed from the Valley View Wash on the west boarder of the property that feeds into the Rillito just south of the property. I spoke to a Bill Balak at COT Planning and Development and they appear to have a business license from 1983. I am guessing they have a letter of non-conformance to be able to operate this facility on a Residential Owner Occupied parcel. It appears from the aerial photo that they are encroaching on the |
