IN ADDITION TO UPDATING THE NORTH COLONNADE NEW PROPOSED STRUCTURAL STEEL COLONNADES 'RETURN' FROM THE EXISTING NORTH COLONNADES EXTENDING SOUTH FLANKING THE NEW PAAL THAT CONNECTS THE NORTH AND SOUTH PARKING AREAS. THE EXISTING COLONNADE FACADE TREATMENT SHALL BE CAREFULLY REMOVED (WOOD FRAMED PARAPETS AND STUCCO FINISH).
