Case LDO-02-70 is a request by the property owner (Arturo Ruiz) to expand the existing single-family dwelling on the property by newly constructed room addition. DECISION: LOT DEVELOPMENT OPTION DECISION REVERSED (CASE LDO-02-70 IS APPROVED) SUJBECT TO CONDITIONS. A.
