Buildings greater than 30’ require aerial access to the building be provided IFC 2018, Appendix D 26’ wide drive and 15-30' from the building unobstructed. There are a lot of power lines that shall be relocated as both buildings will require the aerial access.
Will the building be classified as a high-rise, if so we will need more communication regarding High-Rise requirements.
