Ensure that vehicle stops are sufficiently offset to prevent vehicle encroachment into sidewalk area. 4' minimum width must be maintained 5. Ensure vehicle overhang onto tree landscaping area will not force vehicles to encroach into PAAL. 6. Ensure that adequate area for vehicle maneuvering is present on the West parking spaces. The parking ratio for administrative and professional office is 1 space to 300 square feet of gross floor area.
