2. The existing restaurant at this location is served by a 4" fire service connected to the existing 4" public water main on the east side of Wilmot Road. Should a new, larger fire service be needed for the new restaurant, it will need to connect to connect to the exiting 12" public water main on the west side of Wilmot Road.
