09/20/2022 | JPEELDA1 | COT NON-DSD | FIRE | Reqs Change | All houses shall be within 600' of a fire hydrant and or fire sprinklers shall be installed and or additional hydrants. There is 1 hydrant located about 350' from the back of the property line. If you installed an new fire hydrant at the end by lots 8 & 16 you might meet the 2 hydrants within 600' and meet the fire flow so that fire sprinklers do not need to be installed. If adding hydrants for fire flow please ensure that the fire hydrants new and existing are shown on the DP.
