Pedestrian access along the street is required. 4. Previous permit T21BU00208 is in Return for correction status. This permit is a fence/Wall permit in order to get this permit approved please provide the necessary information to this development package. 5. Access lanes and PAALs must be setback at least one foot from: An open structure, such as a carport or covered pedestrian access path as measured from the closest part of the structure or roof overhang; 6. The Street setback is 21.5 ft measured from the back of the future curb. 7. Please provide an expansion calculation as it appears that there is more than a 25% expansion. DP18-0235 is currently in Final status a New development package is required, It is acknowledged that aspects of the previous DP are going to be included in this submittal. The current review time is 25 working day review cycle. 8. The comments provided are preliminary and are not to be assumed as a complete review of the proposal.
