Proposed use and use-specific standards: The proposed use is not listed as a permitted use in the UDC due to a clerical mistake in carrying over standards from the Land Use Code. The Civic-Protective Services use is allowed with one use specific standard: 4.9.13.F 3. Development standards: 30 ft building height (Scenic Corridor Zone) 4. Perimeter yard setbacks: Adjacent to residential zones = 4(H). Adjacent to non-residential zones = 0. 5. Applicable street setbacks: Kolb RD is a Major Street. MS&R setbacks are required as measured from the back of the future or existing curb. 6.
