Development must comply with the Administrative Manual Section 2-06 - Development Package. A revision of DP16-0044 is acceptable. Building permits may be submitted currently with the DP; however, the DP must be approved prior to the approval of the associated building permits. 2. Food Service is a permitted land use, subject to UDC use-specific standards 4.9.4.M.1 and 4.9.13.P. 3. Three motor vehicle stacking spaces are required (Table 7.4.7-1). Ensure all stacking design criteria within 7.4.7.B are met. 4. Demonstrate how the proposed construction complies with the parking tables within DP16-0044, as you are proposing the removal of spaces. 5. Short-term bicycle parking is required at 1 space per 2,000 sq. ft. gfa; minimum requirement is 2 spaces. 6. Long-term bicycle parking is required at 1 space per 12,000 sq. ft. gfa; minimum requirement is 2 spaces. 7. Demonstrate that the ADA parking spaces provided are meeting required widths. For ADA van accessibility, either an 11-foot-wide parking space, or an eight-foot-wide parking space in combination with an eight-foot-wide adjacent access lane, is required. 8. Pedestrian paths providing access to main building entrances shall have an unobstructed width of at least 6 feet. 9. Ensure access standards found in Section 7.8 of the UDC and Sections 7-01.0.0 and 10-01.0.0 of the Technical Standards Manual are met. 10. Pedestrian paths cannot cross a stacking area. A Technical Standards Modification Request (TSMR) may be applicable. 11. Prior to the submittal of a development package, the developer must procure a letter of recommendation from the PAD's Architectural Review Committee. 12. The comments provided are preliminary and are not to be assumed as a complete review of the proposal. During the Development Package review process, a full review will be made by Zoning to assure compliance with the applicable UDC development criteria and Technical Standards.
