2. Development standards: Max height is 30ft.
3. Proposed use and use-specific standards: 4.9.4.M.1 & 5 and 4.9.13.O
4. Perimeter yard setbacks: 0ft.
5. Applicable overlays: Scenic Route MS&R
6. Major Streets and Routes Plan: Golf Links and Craycroft are both Major Streets and Routes
7. Applicable street setbacks: 21 ft or the height measured back of the future curb location (Silverbell and St. Mary's). Additionally, St. Mary's is an established scenic route. Section 5.3.4 of the UDC will apply.
8. Parking requirements: 1 space per 100sf = 14 parking spaces. Short term bicycle parking = 1:5000sf (min 2), Long term = 1:12000sf (min 2)
