It appears the space received a Letter of Completion in a 2015 project, indicating the space originally had a Certificate of Occupancy for a business (B) occupancy classification. Therefore, a new Certificate of Occupancy would not be necessarily required since there was no change of use. Please verify and include a project narrative on the new floor plan.
