COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

1. The project site is developed with a single-family residence and a duplex. Per UDC 11.3.7.A.3, multifamily development is defined as "any residential development consisting of three or more dwelling units on an integrated site or single lot." Additionally, per UDC 6.3.3.C, multifamily development is considered a nonresidential (commercial) use.

A development package is required for the proposed scope of work per UDC 3.3.3.G.2.b. Zoning cannot approve this specific set of drawings until a development package in accordance with Administrative Manual Section 2-06 is submitted, reviewed, and approved. The development package is a separate submittal and shall be submitted at https://docs.tucsonaz.gov/Forms/tucsonpermitapp, using Submission Type "Site Review."
