10/10/2022 PIMA COUNTY 2ND PARTY REVIEW REVIEW Approv-Cond 1. “Wastewater User Fee to be paid prior to C of O for 4625 E Grant“.
I asked Gerry to research this location and here are his finding. 4625 E Grant Road needs a Private Sewer Joint Use Maintenance Agreement (needs to complete Lot Split S-19-029 per COT) to continue to discharge across 4621 E Grant Road - *4621 E Grant Road needs to pay for a WUF - Code Compliance - $8,734.00 - No WUF Permit, but C of O Issued 3/9/20 without a WUF review - That's why I need to see drawings - will Issue a WUF with Conditions prior to C of O for 4625 E Grant

2. Provide Air Balance Report by email prior to C of O issuance. Ventilation systems shall be balanced by individuals holding current certification from the Associated Air Balance Council (AABC), the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) or other approved agencies. A final report shall be provided to the engineer of record and code official. The Air Balance report shall be reviewed by the Building Official Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy.

3. Consumer Health & Food Safety notice: it is strictly the responsibility of the owner and/or person doing the work to ensure that operating license approval is obtained from Pima County Health Department (HD) prior to occupancy. Certificate of Occupancy for the building/space shall not be released prior to HD approval. It is strongly recommended that owner/contractor obtain HD plan review approval prior to proceeding with building construction which is released entirely at risk as HD may require modifications to the building plans. HD information is available at www.pimahealth.org/healthfood. Submit the approved inspection report.

4. This project is subject to fire safety requirements imposed by your local fire service provider. It is your responsibility to contact the fire service provider prior to start of construction. Failure to do so may result in delays in the inspection and occupancy of your project and may result in additional expenses associated with retrofitting missing systems. Submit the approved inspection report.

5. Provide bacteriological test results on disinfection of domestic water piping system prior to C of O by email.
