While a small residential project does not need to be perfectly to scale, please ensure that the structures that are depicted on the plan reflect how they appear on the property. For example, if the primary residence is 2,300 square feet, the doghouse, which is approximately 100 square feet, should look considerable smaller. Please adjust the site plan to reflect this information. 2. The shed appears to be much closer to the property line than shown on the plan. The plan shows an 18' setback, while the aerial shots show that it is likely much closer. If this is not the same shed, please indicate it on your reply letter. 3. For assistance with the plot plan, please visit the office at 201 N. Stone on the first floor. Staff are there from 8-4 Monday-Thursday, and can print out an aerial to base the plot plan.
