Complete the Applicant Info. (Note APA# is for applicants with an advance payment account. Leave blank is you do not have an APA account. 8. Complete the Contractor, Owner and Architect/Engineer sections as applicable. 9. *IMPORTANT* Supporting Documentation Upload – Provide a complete cost estimate for the project unless it is for a new build/separate structure.
