10/04/2022 ROBERT SHERRY PLUMBING-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change 1. Faucets serving lavatories in all buildings other than R3 occupancies, individual units in R2 occupancies, or International Residential Code structures shall be automatic faucets dispensing a maximum of 0.25 gallons per cycle. The cycle time shall not be less than ten-seconds for accessibility. Reference: Section 419.6, IPC 2018 as amended by the City of Tucson and Section 606.4, ICC/ANSI A117.1-09.
2. Provide tempered water for the public restroom lavatories using approved devices conforming to ASSE 1070. Reference: Sections 416.5 and 607.1.2, IPC 2018.
3. Verify that the distance from the hot water source to the hot water termination for the public lavatories complies with the requirements of Section C404.5, IECC 2018.
4. Clarify the routing of the plumbing vents. The vents appear to be routed below the floor. Verify that all of the vents rise vertically to at least 6" above the flood rims of the fixtures they protect prior to running horizontally. Reference: Section 905.4, IPC 2018.
