Provide a residential plot plan that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Residential_Plot_Plan_Requirements.pdf. This plan at a minimum shall: a. Show all structures on site. If structures are to be removed, state them as such b. Shall indicate the zoning of the parcel and all adjacent parcels. c. Provide a lot coverage calculation 2. Show the height of the structure measured from design grade. 3. Setbacks for the R-2 zone are 6’ or 2/3 * the Height of the structure (whichever is greater). Measured from the structure to the property line. With the proposed setback of 3’ a Design Development Option would be required to reduce the setbacks to the north property line. Provide this statement signed by the neighbor to the west on the site plan on the next submittal: “My Name is ______________ and I am the owner of the property located at ____________.
