1. The occupant load is calculated incorrectly. Beyond permant fixed seating, there is no concept of seat counting in the IBC. A space by space occupant load approach is appropriate. Additionally, it appears that concentrated business use is present. Provided corrected occupant load calculations in accordance with Section 1004.3, Table 1004.5 and Section 1004.8.
