Per the Wilmot Vista II Lots 1 – 145 and Blocks 1 – 6 final plat found at https://onbase.pima.gov/publicaccess/DS_NextGen_Single/etc/cq/results.html?cqid=240&OBKey__552_1=49018, there is a 40’-0 building setback that encroaches into this property 20’-0”, along the east property line. Clearly show this easement on the plan. Based on the 11’-6” setback shown on the plot plan a Design Development Option (DDO) will need to be submitted and approved to reduce the required setback, 2.
