The checklist can be found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Minor_Changes_to_Commercial_Industrial_Sites_.pdf. The DP is a separate submittal from this building permit and is submitted at: https://docs.tucsonaz.gov/Forms/tucsonpermitapp, using the Submission Type “Site Review”. This DP shall clearly show where the ramp and all other structures will be placed on site. 2.COMMENT: After researching PRO there is no permit documentation for the shade structures, there is also no permit documentation for the large shipping container and storage located on the northwest portion of the property. Please include all structures in the Development package.
