Chapter 2 Definitions of the H2 Occupancy. It is not the paint booth that is causing this issue, it only requires an operational permit and the owner has already obtained from TFD. As drawn and designed currently the entire building is classified as a H2 non separated use. Drawings shall be re-drawn to meet all the requirements for an H2.
