This submittal is for a non-habitable shed and open porch only. No electrical, mechanical, plumbing or insulation has been included with this submittal. 2. There appears to be two skylights shown on the plans. The minimum energy requirements for a skylight U factor shall be .65 and the SHGC shall be .25 per the 2018 IECC Table R402.1.2.. This will be verified in the field on inspection, do not remove the manufactures energy compliance information from the skylights until after they have been inspected. MECHANICAL REVIEW COMMENTS: Conditionally Approved No Mechanical work is included with this submittal, this is a non-habitable storage shed only. ELECTRICAL REVIEW COMMENTS Conditionally Approved No Electrical work is included with this submittal, this is a non habitable storage shed only.
