(2nd Review) TRANSMITTAL DATE: September 23, 2022 COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. This site is located in the SR zone (UDC 4.7.4). Religious Use is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-1). 1. This comment was not addressed. The required development package (DP) shall meet the requirements of the checklist for Minor Changes to Existing Commercial/Industrial Sites and shall be a separate submittal as stated below. Per UDC Article 3.3.3.G.2.c A site plan (Development Package) is required for the following types of development: Existing development undergoing a change of use, building structure additions, and/or a reconfiguration of an area outside a building. A development package (DP) meeting the requirements of the checklist for Minor Changes to Existing Commercial/Industrial Sites must be submitted and approved prior to approval of this building plan. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plans and is submitted at: https://docs.tucsonaz.gov/Forms/tucsonpermitapp, using Submission Type “Site Review”.
