COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.


1.COMMENT: Based on the floor plan from T22-M0060 Unit #1 has four (4) bedrooms and Unit #2 has four (4) bedrooms. Per UDC Table 7.4.4-1 a 4-bedroom unit requires 2.5 for a total of 5 required vehicle parking spaces. Per UDC Article 7.6.4.B the requirements of UDC Article 7.6.4.B landscape requirements apply. And per a Zoning Administrators determination the requirements of UDC Article 7.4.6 vehicle parking requirements apply. Provide a commercial vehicle parking area along with the landscape requirements.


2.COMMENT: Draw dimension and label the setback from the second floor to the property line.

3.COMMENT: Zoning cannot approve the building plans until the DP22-0115 is approved.
