Per UDC Table 7.4.4-1 a 4-bedroom unit requires 2.5 for a total of 5 required vehicle parking spaces. Per UDC Article 7.6.4.B the requirements of UDC Article 7.6.4.B landscape requirements apply. And per a Zoning Administrators determination the requirements of UDC Article 7.4.6 vehicle parking requirements apply. Provide a commercial vehicle parking area along with the landscape requirements. 2.COMMENT: Draw dimension and label the setback from the second floor to the property line. 3.COMMENT: Zoning cannot approve the building plans until the DP22-0115 is approved.
