Based on current aerial photos there is an addition on the west portion of the house. Please provide permit documentation or include the structure with this submittal. It appears that this structure will not be meeting setbacks until the information is provided zoning cannot write DDO or Variance comments. 2.COMMENT: Draw dimension and label the height of the new structure measured from design grade to top of wall. Please provide setback dimensions for the west portion of the addition.
