COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.


1.COMMENT: The lot coverage calculation is incorrect please revise.

2.COMMENT: The minimum setback is the greater of six (6) feet, or two-thirds (2/3) the height of the structure’s wall facing each interior property line (Table 6.3-2.A). Based on a wall height of 7’-4” the required perimeter yard setback from the proposed storage structure to the east property line is 6’-0”, the proposed setback is 3’-0”. At a minimum, a neighbor’s setback waiver is required to reduce the perimeter yard setback. To secure this waiver the following text shall be provided on the plot plan and be signed and dated by the owner of the property effected.
