This site is located in the R-2 zone (UDC 4.7.9). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - 9. 1. The “ROD IRON STORAGE” shown on the plan shows up sometime after 2005. Zoning was not able to find approved permit documents for the storage. Include this storage area in your permit and provide drawings for the construction. Provide the height of this structure and show the perimeter yard setback to the street property line and to the east property line. Additional comments maybe forth coming.
