This shall in include: a. Please provide a complete lot coverage calculation. Lot coverage calculation that meets the requirements of UDC Article 6.4.3 & the example shown on the residential plot requirements. Lot coverage includes the area of a lot covered by buildings, outdoor storage areas, and vehicular use areas (both improved and unimproved).
